Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard directly for Australian customers paying in AUD. Credit cards can be charged via PayPal for both Australian Dollars as well as US Dollars. When ordering online, your card will be charged during the checkout process otherwise we will not charge you until the item/s ship. NOTE: On certain transactions a Credit Card fee recovery may be charged, however you will be advised prior to the card being charged.
Cheques and Money Orders - We accept personal cheques, company cheques, bank cheques and money orders. If you are paying by personal or company cheque, your order will not be shipped until your cheque has been received and cleared through National Australia Bank. Sales Tax
Goods & Services Tax (GST) 10% is applied to all items and services sold within Australia. Items shipped overseas are excluded. Please ensure that you include your overseas delivery address as this corrects the tax.
Shipping
In stock items are shipped same business day on orders placed before 2 pm AEST. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 2 pm AEST will ship the following business day. If a product is not in stock you will be notified of such.
Shipping Methods - during the checkout process, you may choose from a variety of shipping methods, based on your location and speed of service required.
Costs - shipping and handling charges are based on standard Australia Post rates with the additional charge to cover protection wrapping of the goods. All physical items have a DIM weight rate to assist you in working out the correct shipping costs. For larger items we recommend you contact us for a quote.
We offer the following shipping methods:
Australia Express Post: Satchels – 0.5Kg, 3Kg (1.2Kg DIM) and Parcel Post (quote required) - Next business day to most major centres in Australia Post’s Domestic network.
Local Courier – Up to 25Kg to Melbourne and suburbs plus Ballarat and Geelong. Typically 24 hour delivery from shipment time.
Direct Courier – We can offer direct services based on your urgency. Note that a quote will be required based on the size of the shipment and services available to your location
Drop Shipments – For large items we can offer a SPECIAL ‘drop ship’ offset rate. This applies mostly to Sign Cutters and Printers. If not sure, call us.
Australia Post International – Offers Air Parcelpak in both 0.5Kg and 2.0Kg
EMS Express Courier International Service – Satchels, 0.5Kg, 1Kg, 2Kg, and 3Kg, and Boxes 5.0Kg, 10Kg and 20Kg Rates on application

We offer the option to download a faxable form with which you can fill in and return fax to us, thus ensuring that your encrypted Credit Cards details never appear on the web traffic. No credit card information is stored on our servers.
We provide links to HACKER SAFE sites where ever possible to help protect you from worms and other viruses
Once your order is filled it is put into hard copy format and then deleted from the web server, all hard copies are destroyed once the legal archive time limit is reached and these are disposed of by a securely designed system. Even though you supply your card details to place an order we don't bill it until we have done a security check (except PayPal as they do their own) and know we can supply what you've ordered in a reasonable time.
If we can't supply the goods, we won't bill your card. And we will contact you..
