1. Barcode your
Assets & Locations.
The first stage is to
'barcode' all your Assets and locations. This can be done
by assigning Asset labels on to each asset and location. We supply 1000 preprinted Asset/Location labels as part of the kit

2. Scan directly into Fixed Assets .
Once you have assigned your assets you can then enter them into your
existing Asset Register using an optional barcode scanner.. No
mis-keying here. Fast and
accurate! Can be used room by room with our
'Cordless' range of scanners.

3. Audit your
assets by location
With 'Site Audit' the
system loads your 'fixed asset register file' from your accounting
system into our mobile scanners, you quickly
collect accurate information and detect any
errors. Using 'locations' to double check is a
breeze.
