1. Barcode your
Assets .
The first stage is to
'barcode' all your Assets and allocate barcodes to your service personal. This can be done
by assigning Asset labels on to each asset. We supply 1000 preprinted Asset Grade Asset/Personal labels as part of the kit

2. Enter service levels and types .
Once you have assigned your assets you can then assign the types of service required. Up to 1000 types are possible. Enter other information here too like location, colour, model, cost, service interval. etc etc.

3. Servicing the asset.
Each service personal carries a small data collector and simply scans the asset and then service performed from the list. Each operation is time and date stamped so you know when last operation was done. Remote site scanning option available.
