1. Barcode your Inventory, Assets & Locations.
The
first stage is to 'barcode' all your inventory, assets and locations.
QuickTrack can use your existing accounting (export) files. Create
barcode labels using QuickTrack ( laser printer or Quicktrack label
printer. For Asset Grade labels - we can provide these for a small
additional cost.

2. Scan directly into your system .
Once you have attached barcodes to your items you can
then use the barcodes with your existing Inventory or Asset Register
using an optional barcode scanner..

Use the Portable Barcode scanner to count, move and update QuickTrack's
databases and generate your reports.

3. Audit your assets by location
As well as doing Stock counting & inventory
tracking, we include 'Audit Item' feature - this system converts your
'fixed asset register file' from your accounting system and transfers
the information to the mobile scanner, you can quickly collect accurate
information, audit the location and detect any errors, all while you
are at the site.
